I was very surprised to see the different rooms and photos. It seems like the hotel and rooms are neglected.

The photos and the actual property are not the same. The photos are from when the accommodation was new, but for just a quick stopover and a break, it's worth it.

The water wasn't working, the room was dirty, the neighborhood was noisy until midnight. The receptionist wasn't there. It didn't match the pictures.

Room and breakfast orders were not delivered, dirty place was very disappointing.

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, and the outside atmosphere was noisy. It was especially noisy near the cafe, and there was live music. There was no toothpaste or shampoo provided.

Our driver was given room No. 11 so the music wasn't too noisy.

The room my driver used didn't have air conditioning, but that wasn't a problem since Dago is cool and food isn't hard to find. My only complaint was that the cafe in front had live music until dawn, making it difficult to sleep.

The staff is still friendly. Only the mattress has black spots, the table is peeling, the curtains are torn, the room smells like a moldy room, and the bathroom is not very clean.
