Nice, comfortable, clean bathroom.

Upon arrival, the surroundings were fine. When we first entered the room, the bed was dirty, and the bathroom was especially dirty; it was a twin room. Then we were moved to the room I photographed, and thankfully, it was comfortable and clean. The downsides were the phone didn't work, there was no bottled water, no soap, and the shower had no hot water. If you stay here, bring snacks because it's a long way from everything, a complex with slow service, and there are no minimarkets or shops anywhere.

Plus points: -Friendly staff -Quite soft mattress Minuses: -TV is on but no channels, -Wifi is available but the password on the card is wrong -Bathroom smells, there are lots of dead insects on the floor, the toilet flush often gets stuck and no water comes out, the shower also has little water -No trash can -Toiletries are sold separately

Suggestion: Hopefully the building and its facilities will be rejuvenated soon because it is a shame that the hotel is close to the city center and its condition is not good. The staff are very friendly and quick to help when asked.

The toilet flush doesn't work, the room isn't soundproof, the sound of motorbikes can still come in from outside and there's no bathroom mat.

Please take better care of the facilities ‼️ I happened to get a room that was not habitable, the bathroom door had no lock, the water tap didn't turn on, there were lots of spider webs on the ceiling, the room was stuffy, the sheets and pillows had blood stains, the toilet leaked, the blanket smelled of cigarette smoke.

Overall everything is good, but there is no cloth for going to the bathroom so it's muddy.

Wifi, TV, Room phone are just displays that cannot be used. There are cockroaches in the room, stuffy and smelly. I often check in from cheap to expensive, for a hotel like this it is not a hotel but a boarding house that does not live up to its name. There is no bathroom mat, even slipping, there is no trash can. It doesn't matter if there is no soap, toothbrush, at least it is clean and fragrant, there are no cockroaches. I regret it, if I had known that I would have checked in at another place that was slightly different or there was one that was the same price but still okay.

Good staff friendly fast service. Economical price. Comfortable resting atmosphere. Easy transportation. To find food outside the Hotel area.

The toilet is broken and dirty, maybe there is a price for quality.

Access is far from the highway, the hotel room is stuffy, the toilet has no hot water, the mattress is no longer suitable because the iron spring bed is protruding, the pillow is thin. Room 109 TV does not work, room 110 locks using manual. Very less worth it. Very disappointed. And finally checked out at 21.00. The room was not used at all.

For the room, my suggestion is to provide a trash can.

It's like an old hotel that has not been maintained.. the pillows smell like they have not been replaced for a century.. the rooms are dim.. the shower runs everywhere.. the TV doesn't work.. the set top box is just for display.. there is no trash can.. mineral water is not provided .. the rate is very good.. yes, there is a price, there is a look..

When I first wanted to order, I was disappointed. On WA the response is very, very slow. Called and not picked up. After arriving, I was even more disappointed 🥴 the room was dirty. Musty smell. The bed sheets + pillowcases look like they haven't been washed. Super MUSTY! Dirty bathroom. What kind of former warehouse? The bathroom ceiling is DIRTY, filthy, shabby. Don't you have any intention of fixing it? There is no soap/shampoo provided. When asked to the hotel staff they said SOLD OUT. Not worth it for that price. That's enough, and I will NEVER come back here again. For those who want to stay here, don't. You'll regret it like me. Please, the hotel, improve the service, just renovate the hotel rooms first. Thankyou.

The toilet smells of cockroaches and can't be flushed, the TV won't turn on, there are baby cockroaches on the bed.

This hotel is really not well maintained and very dirty.

Overall it's very good, staying at Cassadua Hotel. Hotel service is ok, and hangout is quite easy and close to the city center. Good Job 👍.

Dapet kamar 101 toilet nya ga bisa di flush. Ganti kamar ga ada showernya, terus kotor banget kamar, pengap, jadul banget aslik, menyesal, langsung kabur cari hotel lain 🥲.
