So far the villa is comfortable, the outside area is very instagrammable and clean too.. at night it's very romantic, suitable for a staycation and vacation with family.. Hopefully next time I come I'll get a room with cooler AC..

the food is really cool. lots and varied. but a little bit uncomfortable impression when checking in, the bellboy did not carry the luggage at all, even though we brought a lot of luggage and the receptionist had told us that the bellboy would help us later. finally we carried it ourselves.

Everything was good, it was just that when making the deposit there was no banking service, we happened to run out of cash, and there was a statement from the receptionist who said "the money will be returned later, sir", making the impression of a new customer staying at the hotel for the first time, little but important and this is very sensitive, we still recommend it, the best hotel in Singkawang.

From the beginning until the vibes were really good. Greeted by security, Front Office, and escorted to the room, everything was great. The hospitality was extraordinary. Thank you to Mr. Aris, Mr. Trisna, Mr. Mohlis for your help during my stay. I was given a late check out too! I'll recommend to every family and friend to stay there! Oh yeah, just 1 thing that needs to be fixed, the Wifi.
