It can be said that I am very satisfied. 4-star hotel, mid-range but the service is quite attentive. The receptionists are very cute, check-in time is 2:00 p.m., when I contacted the hotel, they helped me check in early. The hotel supports wheelchairs, my family was given priority parking in the basement next to the elevator for easy movement (note that it is a transport machine). There is a driver to take guests to the nearby beach, in the afternoon you can go swimming or surfing, the driver is cute and enthusiastic. The bar is simple and compact, I asked the bartender to make me a drink that was quite smooth, (closes at 10:00 a.m.). The breakfast is varied, my parents ate well, the dessert counter is quite good (depending on each person's taste but above average - quite good). The room is clean and tidy, if you feel there is dirt on the floor, you can call the cleaning staff to clean it again. (My room had stains but I told the hotel to remind them a little bit) It's a pity that if I went on Thursday or Friday, the 22nd floor would have been opened and the view would have been better. The hotel's location is not far from beaches like Hon Rom. I went during the low season so it was more comfortable than during the tourist season. If you are not satisfied with anything, you can give feedback to the reception to fix it. Just enjoy it, don't be too harsh (even though I do QC)
