Please service at another level. Just a suggestion for the receptionist service. If there are guests who come to the hotel, there is no need to ask again regarding whether they have checked or not. Customers also already know when it's time to check or check out because it's listed in the apk for the hour. If you are always asked whether you have checked or not, the customer feels uncomfortable, thank you.
