The staff is very friendly, both the female KK and the brother, they are all very friendly. Very clean and tidy. There is a shuttle that can take you to Harbour Bay. Actually, you can walk because you are carrying a suitcase so ask for a shuttle. It is easy to find food around the hotel. There is a Circle K and Alfa 24 hours. For short-term or long-term stays, it is still enjoyable. The room is also quite big, open 2 suitcases and there is still space. Thanks, KK staff. I will be back. Oh yes, the wifi is also fast

Hotel yang nyaman dan strategis, ada sarapan pagi dan bisa jalan-jalan ke seputaran harbour.

Untuk lantai dasar, pagi-pagi sering berisik karena ada yang ngoborol di lobby.

Clean, good layout (for the 2nd floor & above), no breakfast but close with minimarket to buy something on the night/morning, surrounded by big hotel, club/pub & near the Harbour Bay. Just walk 10 minutes. Recommended upper floor.

The rooms are comfortable, smell good and clean. The receptionist service is very friendly.

Receptionnya sangat buruk tidak senyum, muka masam, masa kita mau minta kunci dibilang saya bookingan, padahal kami suami istri, kemudian pada tanggal 9/3/1023 karena hotel pertamanya full, terpaksa kami pindah lagi ke hotel itu dan sama pelayanan reception cewek jutek dan masam dan kami harus keluar kamar padahal pada saat itu waktunya sholat Jumat. Kami tidak akan pernah menginap di sana lagi sampai kapan pun. Dan suatu saat hotel itu akan saya beli buat beri pelajaran bahwa jangan memandang remeh tamu karena tamu adalah raja.

Harga standar tapi kamarnya bersih. Di sekitar ada supermarket dan tempat makan yang enak-enak terus dekat dengan pelabuhan juga.

It was a great stay, friendly staff, clean room, and they definitely have all the basic needs that we need for a hotel, e. G. Good wifi speed, and fridge. Definitely worth the price paid.
