The staff is friendly and readily available when you ask for cooking utensils. However, there's no elevator in the building next to the reception, so you have to take the stairs to the second floor. The stairs are quite steep, and they're L-shaped.

If you bring your own car, don't bother staying here. The hotel will force you to park in the back alley, the width is very small and hard to drive to. The parking slots in the front are for VIP only, and while I was staying, the parking space was empty. Even in the back alley parking lot, they are still prioritizing parking space for event guests, I have to park further at the back. Not to mention it's raining and the muddy road doesn't help. Also, the stairs from the parking lot, it is not human friendly at all.

A hotel with great facilities, but unfortunately, it's not well maintained. We arrived and found dust all over the room, and cobwebs covering the plates, spoons, and forks. The best part of the hotel is the Stone Cafe, where breakfast and meals are served. However, on my last day of stay, I was charged for a child's breakfast, even though I hadn't been charged before. When I asked if the previous one was also charged, the waiter said he didn't know. Perhaps coordination between the restaurant and the hotel is needed.

The decor is unique, breakfast is a la carte, quite comfortable, if the room smells of cigarettes, ozone is provided, so the smell disappears... The road access is just right for two cars, parking is not so good, but safe.
