The bedsheet is a bit dirty, the table is dusty, the AC is dead

everything is ok, only the hot water in the room is not working properly 🙏🏻

The breakfast is delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel area is still lacking. The ceramic needs to be floor brushed to restore the ceramic shine to its original state. The corners are re-examined and properly dusted. The sheet needs to be re-examined when installing because the spot stains are still visible. Then the duvet is also not fragrant, and the last pillow case needs to be ironed, it's really wrinkled, gosh.

Old hotel but poorly maintained. The room AC is noisy and not cold enough, the shower water is small. The price is quite cheap but not worth it with the facilities provided, especially since it is labeled 3 stars. The only advantage is the strategic location, located in the city center, quite close to the town square, culinary center and Malang station.

the bathroom water is not smooth, the hot water does not come out, I have reported it but there is no response, the bed has expired (it feels like a spring on the body). The old model tube TV can make my eyes sore and I still use it... but because I'm tired I just give up... even though I booked 2 rooms.

Room 304 AC is not working properly.

The nuance of an old-fashioned hotel that is very well maintained, neat and beautiful. I happened to choose a twin bed room on the 2nd floor to get there using the stairs and on the way to the room there is a small garden and pond. The room is comfortable, the AC is old-fashioned but still works well even though it is a bit noisy. The bathroom has a shower and also a bathtub so the kids are happy. But unfortunately, this hotel is a smoking area in every corner. Ventilation is lacking in every hallway so when someone smokes in the corner of the hallway, the smoke enters the room even though I have noted a non-smoking room because my child happens to have asthma. Finally chose to move rooms by adding a fee for a room facing the small garden. The staff were very friendly and agile in helping us move. At breakfast the menu was quite good. Once again unfortunately, an ashtray is provided in the dining room and visitors also smoke in the same area as the dining room. even though it looks like a semi-open space the accumulation of air continues to circulate there. Overall it is quite good, maybe in my opinion it is not suitable for bringing babies/children. hopefully it will be better if a special smoking area is provided. the plus point is, the staff are very good. thank you for your experience

Maybe it can be improved regarding monitoring the condition of the AC (not cold and smells musty), TV that only has 2 channels. With yesterday's price of around 400 more, I was not satisfied. Ordered breakfast but was not given breakfast. No Wi-Fi.

the staff is friendly, the room is clean and spacious, the bed is soft. but unfortunately the check in time is delayed by an hour

old-fashioned atmosphere, but comfortable, I'm in room 232, the AC is cold but the mattress is uneven, some of the ceramic floors are about to come off, hot water doesn't work, sheets, pillow cases, clean white towels, no elevator but luckily I'm on the 2nd floor and only go up 1/2 floor, unfortunately the parking lot doesn't have a coffee machine, the rest is okay

hot water in the bathroom is important, but you have to ask the repairman first and it takes up to 6 hours to be finished and it turns on for a while the next day it was turned on and after 1 hour the hot water didn't come out again asked for the room to be cleaned, when I got home from the Bromo trip it still hadn't been cleaned there is no shuttle service to the station, even though it's close

At 4 pm the electricity suddenly went out. There were no windows, so it was really dark. Even if I wanted to complain, I couldn't because the phone in the room was dead. The ambiance was scary. Old hotel.

The staff was ok, helped by Kak Lidya to upgrade to a better room, but unfortunately, the room's AC was noisy. For the outdoor, the hot water bathroom did not work at all, even though there was a notification from 04.00-10.00 for hot water availability, but it still did not work.

We chose a room at the ground floor for easy access because this hotel has no lift. Strategic location next to Tugu Hotel, within walking distance to Alun Alun Tugu. You can enjoy the night atmosphere or just do morning walks in the pedestrian walk.

in terms of location, it is really strategic because you can walk to Kayutangan Heritage and around. with the price offered, the service is also okay. highly recommended to stay here once in a while for a staycation alone/with family

Bad experiences: 1. Apparantly the hotel is very old. 2. Hot water in the shower is not 24 hrs. Very very bad. It's on only from 4 to 10 AM and 4 to 10 PM. 3. Old aircon. It sounds very noisy from outdoor ac unit. 4. TV channel is limited. 5. Curtain is dirty and sheer 6. The breakfast variety is limited. The milk is not fresh. It's just Dancow. powder milk. 7. The ambience of the restaurant is hot. 8. In the google, there is swimming pool of this hotel, but it's just fake. Comfort experience: 1. Mattras is comfy. Nice to sleep 2. TV screen (about 40 or 42 inch) 3. AC is cold, even though it sets to 27 C 4. Recepitonist and Restaurant Staff are friendly Personally I don't recommend this hoyel to stay, especially if you check in after 10 PM.

Wi-Fi doesn't work, there's no elevator, the closet is broken, the hot water doesn't work properly, it doesn't match the hours listed, the door creaks, there's no soap and tissues, the service is poor.

I don't know why the undercarriage is not very clean. What I like is that it's in the city center so you can walk anywhere. And what I like is that there's a bathtub, so when you're tired after walking around the hotel, you can just soak in warm water.

The room is clean. It's not that far from the toll exit, it's cheap for that price and the quality is also quite good.
