It's quite cold here, but the members are also quite friendly. It's good

The apartment lobby smells bad, to be honest it looks shabby + the parking lot is narrow. Don't expect a blue/clear swimming pool, because you can see it yourself in the photos I took. The elevator makes noise, it's stuffy, a bit strange. So far the room is good enough for resting, although the sheets are torn, the bathroom still has other people's used soap left lol. The AC is cold, the stove can be used, but unfortunately the cooking utensils are very dirty, even the kitchen set cupboard, the dispenser also doesn't have a gallon, plus there is a Netflix account from the apartment provider and you can see the view. By the way, car parking is charged 10 thousand for 1x24 hours and you have to ask for a stamp from the receptionist first.

I swear the worst apartment, very bad, just 15 minutes of checking in, immediately checking out, looking for another place. Dirty parking lot, lobby/reception is not maintained, lots of spiders, every room, elevator, hallway is very dirty, very filthy, dirty, like a slum area, not an apartment but more clearly a slum, this is the first time I've entered an apartment this bad, the lighting is very poor, the hallway is scary because of the lack of light. Crazy, the management is really bad

For the room, it's okay, the receptionist should be improved, when making a reservation, she answered the phone from another employee even though there were many guests waiting and at that time I was tired and wanted to rest. For the room facilities, it's not bad 👍.

The service of the staff is friendly, the price is cheap but the facilities are maximum, the room has privacy, it's quiet for rest and it's not noisy at all, the mattress is very comfortable, clean and tidy, the amenities are complete, it's like if I go to Jogja again, I want to stay here again

Ini bukan hotel ya. Jangan mengharap pelayanan yang maksimal. Justru privasi di apartement itu lebih terasa. Kamar nyaman, semua yang ada dalam kamar berfungsi dengan baik. Kecuali dispenser🙏. Sayang. Cuma 2 hari saya numpang nginap di sini.

Untuk kamar mayan bersih, AC dingin, ada kompor hidup, kulkas, dispenser, netflix, youtube, ke Malioboro ga jauh banget cuma 16 menitan, dapet view gunung di lantai 6 tapi lagi kurang keliatan gunungnya, ada kolem renang tapi ga ada buat anak-anak, anak ku pengen renang jadi di gendong renangnya sama ayahnya,

Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman, cuma berdebu karena jarang digunakan.

Kamar nyaman, wangi, bersih. Ada kompor buat bikin mie sama dispenser buat nyeduh kopi. Worth it lah harganya murah sama fasilitas buat backpacker dan privasi terjaga. Bonus dapet pemandangan gunung Merapi ☕

Harga lumayan terjangkau modelan apartemen ternyata ada dapur mininya bisa sekalian masak sama disediain dispenser. Bonus view gunung pas di balkon tadi pagi, cuma akses ke apartemennya agak bingung. Next kalo ke Jogja bakal ke sini lagi.

Ouch, I don't stay here anymore 😭, originally the bathroom smelled n was really dirty, yellow and never cleaned. So I don't feel comfortable there, even though I already took 2 nights, I can go to the apartment when I'm just sleepy, the mattress is not comfortable either, please pay more attention to cleanliness if you want to make lodging.
