Overall good, only 1 problem, the soap in the bathroom is only filled with water, not soap. When I asked for the soap to be replaced, there was no response. Hopefully in the future the service can be better and everything is checked before the customer enters the room. Thank you.

First time staying here. Chose this because the review result on traveloka was really good. It turned out that the review result was in accordance with my expectation. The price is cheap for a 3 star hotel, the room is spacious, the wifi is smooth, the breakfast is also delicious

The sheets were shabby, the room smelled of cigarettes and musty when you entered it, the walls were dirty, only the air conditioner was okay and cold.

So far in Medan, this new 3-star hotel meets the qualifications according to the stars listed, the rest of the 3-star hotels in Medan are bad. I haven't found anything like this new Nivia. Come here for those looking for 3 stars, it's better here
