The room doesn't match the picture, the actual condition of the furniture is far from the picture, the mattress falls apart when you sleep on it, the sheets are dirty. There is no guilt from the unit renter. For the price of 322 thousand Rupiah + a deposit of 100 thousand Rupiah, at least you get a clean room, the mattress is not junk, I can still accept it. This one doesn't match the picture + the furniture is not good. They only want money but the facilities are mediocre.

Honestly, it's very different from the one in the photo. The sheets are full of holes, the air is very uncomfortable. The admin was very difficult to ask for the deposit money to be returned, after chatting with the boss, he gave it. After that, he replied thank you but didn't reply again as if he didn't want to return the deposit, he was also surprised by the parking fee which was said to be 2000 per hour. Even though parking was only for about 12 hours, I thought to myself, maybe it's only 24 thousand, but it turned out to be 32 thousand and the vehicle was very far away 😭. Seriously, this is definitely for the first and last time. 300 thousand is still far less than oy * or r*dd*rz which is around 150 thousand 😭.

The broken tap was not replaced and there was no information at all, so when we stayed we couldn't take a shower because there was no water tap, we had to shower using a toilet spray, we informed the admin but there was no effort whatsoever, disappointed because we weren't informed from the start before we stayed. , really detrimental.

The cupboard was broken, I couldn't get the water from the gallon because the water straw wasn't flushed, the bed sheets weren't new, the bathroom glass was dirty, the water didn't work hot, it didn't match the picture.

The room is not clean, it's a traveloka photo, maybe a photo of the unit when it was new, the cupboard has trousers, who knows, they're dirty, the balcony is dirty, the drawers are filled with bottles, lots of rubbish. This price doesn't match the place compared to similar budget hotels, it's just a cool apartment label.

Tools and cleanliness should be improved, the problem is that many things are broken like the TV remote is very difficult, the AC is leaking, the floor is not cleaned upon entering, and they are given wet + dirty towels.

The deposit game is terrible, they say they want to transfer, but the transfer takes a long time and in the end they give lots of excuses.
