Hotel lovely and clean and fresh.Staff especially Carmina was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find details we needed.Breakfast very nice and good touch on each floor are water stations and fresh fruit which is free to residents.This is the third year in a row and this hotel just gets better each time and can thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful room! So we chose family size with pool access and every morning could wake up with view of the magnificent castle. Having a fridge as well as kettle and coffee machine was a bonus too. Such comfortable bed…. Do book a room with pool access as it’s wonderful for views and chilling. We will definitely return and highly recommend mostly because of all the staff on reception who were cheerful friendly and most helpful - simply the best.. Thank you all.

The Superior Double room was very spacious and very clean. Staff were amazing and very helpful. There is parking but we did not use this as the hotel location is right on the main promenade and easy walking to the marina, beach and main town, with the Ramblas Road in east reach. Various squares with restaurants also in walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was the only area where not excellent but it is sufficient with continental breakfast and a hot breakfast combo.

Great location, near beach, restaurants, and activities. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Laundry facilities available. Our room had an outdoor patio. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

I think the write up of your hotel was misleading, we were led to believe there was a swimming pool on the roof. We were shocked to discover that it really was only a small pool-something like a hot tub to look at- & freezing cold! Breakfast was very good, but at no time afterwards could we get anything to eat or drink until 4pm, up at the POOL bar!! Apart from this we had a lovely week in the sun. By the way , the hotel is in a great part of Alicante, the beach, bars & shops were only a few steps away.

The hotel was extremely clean and spacious, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff could not be more helpful with diatry requirements. The only thing I would take into consideration when booking this hotel is that the pool is not quite as it looks on the photos, when we went up in the evening there were resturant tables right up against the pool edge and it would have been very uncomfortable going into the pool. If you are not fussed about having a pool this hotel is perfect, clean, quiet, great food and brilliant location!

Pristinely clean and comfortable in a great location for central Alicante. Ideal for city overnighter or longer.

A lovely well kept hotel, spacious rooms all of which are well equipped and spotlessly clean. As for location 2 min walk to beach, bus stop C6 to airport, restaurants etc. Used the roof top terrace late afternoon, relaxing and a sun trap. Breakfast perhaps is more suited to European tastes, cereals, coffee, cold meats and toast all plentiful. If you’re looking for something more substantial then perhaps not for you. Overal highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff and lovely modern room. A kettle in the room would be nice but you can grab a cup of hot water from the breakfast buffet.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel with a modern decor and warm and friendly staff. The hotel is ideally located in the beautiful city of Alicante and both myself and my wife had a lovely stay here and we'll happily return.

Excellent, friendly, welcoming, & very efficient staff in reception & in the breakfast bar. The hotel was spotlessly clean & the location first class for the restaurants & bars along the main marina & beach sea front.

Just returned from a short break in Alicante. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city. Unfortunately the Top "chill" floor was under renovation, so the high rise bar was out of service. We were still able to access and take in the fantastic view of the Santa Barbara castle. The most commendable part of the stay, are the staff. The reception staff were always, pleasant and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for the 3 that interacted with. From restaurant recommendations and city guides through to researching and booking a wine tasting and tapas event. 10 out of 10
