Clean rooms, nice staff very quiet

I chose this specific property for a Valentine’s Day getaway based on the advertised amenities. However, upon arrival, we discovered the hotel is under full construction. Specifically: • Amenities Out of Order: The pool and hot tub—key reasons for our booking—are closed and unusable. • Restaurant Closed: The on-site restaurant is shut down for renovations, leaving us with no dining options on the most popular date of the year. • Lack of Disclosure: Neither the Expedia listing nor the hotel website provided any notice of these major disruptions. I paid full price for a premium experience that is currently non-existent. Had I been warned, I would have booked elsewhere. Instead, our Valentine’s Day plans have been completely ruined by lack of facilities.

It was a great space

Room was so cold it took most of the night to warm up Thermostat was reading 64 on arrival

The room was spacious, clean, modern and very well equipped. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The lobby area is clean and well appointed. The lounge is lovely with a great food and drink menu.

Cheap motel

Staff member who checked us in was friendly, courteous, and went out of his way to accommodate us without asking.

We were way outside the hotel itself which is a pain when you have children that you have to bring over in the main part for swimming or breakfast

The staff were very friendly but what made this place memorable was the hot breakfast. We returned to this same hotel on our way back because we loved the rooms but especially the hot breakfast.

We booked 2 deluxe bed room for our stay on Expedia. On arrival they said they only have 1 bed room available but we got charged for two. And they gave us one small single bed which barely fit in our room. When we entered the room it smelled really bad that even to the staff members so they had put a humidifier to evaporate the smell and we had keep our room windows open. It was really bad experience so I want full refund for it.

Bed sheets and pillows felt like plastic

Nice kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds. The beds were supposed to be queen size but were only doubles. Quite small for 2 people not used to sharing. Wish this information was more standardized on travel websites.

Breakfast was really nice

This place is so amazing we actually booked it for our return trip. The hot breakfast was awesome and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all very professional and really nice. Too many little extras to mention!
