What a beautiful hotel. It’s comfy in an old family country house sort of way. The staff are wonderfully friendly and positive. Actually observance the employees together was beautiful in how the work and laugh together. The front desk and restraint staff are a well oiled team. Complete delight. Also excellent location near the Basilica and gelato. Minerva’s restaurant serves very tasty food.

Convenient location, clean and friendly staff. We didn't partake of the breakfast. The rooms were nicely decorated and quiet, plus had a small fridge. The only negative aspects were the beds were quite firm and the towels were seriously rough. The bathroom was lacking hooks to hang items but we managed. I would recommend it.

The room and amenities were very useful with ample space for a family with 1 baby. Toilet had all necessary stuffs and clean as well with a great location very close to the bus stop. Unfortunately we were unhappy with the staff supervisor of the Day of check out who could learn some lessons of "Hospitality". The staff who was in during our check in was very understanding and helpful and seeing how cranky our baby was gave us a grace period until 10:30am even though the check out time is 10am but this staff member was there was totally blunt and sounded rude too. I understand staffs abide by rules which we understand but portraying that message to a customer in the right way is very important in Hospitality sector. Therfore 3 staff for hotel room and 1 star for that staff member.

Our stay here satisfied all our needs while enjoying the glorious town of Assisi. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sweet and was walkable distance to many sites and a bus stop.

Nice hotel. Assisi is beautiful and so spiritual! Great breakfast. All rooms in the ancient city are slightly dated. Close to good restaurants. Very difficult to drive there! Hills are very steep and hard for seniors. I brought my walking sticks but still difficult. Worth it though.

AC was perfect

Charming hotel with kind staff and a great location close to all the main sights in Assisi.

It was an average room with no Internet, we had to go downstairs to use it. The staff was somewhat friendly in the beginning but that changed pretty quickly once we asked about the Internet not working. On a positive note the location was great.

The only problem we had initially was the AC but it was fixed that night. Breakfast service was very good and the lady in charge was friendly and accommodating

Excellent lodging in a beautiful city.

Assisi is an experience in and of itself. The hotel is quaint and the breakfast is delicious.
