The hotel staff was friendly, but the room I booked had no windows and was very small, so I had to change to another room with windows at an additional cost. If you need a smaller room, you can choose this accommodation.

First room was smelly, I asked to change and moved to other room which was better. The receptionist wasn't friendly and seemed not happy.

Very rude the front desk female staff, I was bringing luggage to the car while checking out, she literally saw what time I start moving bags, it was before 12 by the time my wife came down was ard 12:08pm (included lift waiting time) then the staff said deposit will be forfeit due to the reason I late check out. So I went and argue with the female staff, in the end she only gave back rm30 to me.

Comfortable room. Neat. Next time can stay again.

Staff are very good, hotel clean, cozy place, interior was perfect, everything was amazing. I'm sure will come back. Great experience to check in here. I rated 5star

Breakfast: sweet coffee, water, toast bread, butter, honey and boiled eggs. They first gave us a room WITHOUT a window, however we immediately asked them to change it and we had another room. No room service: no cleaning or changing towels during our 3 nights stay. However, personnel were very nice and helpful.
