This hotel is the back of beyond and not very pleasant.. restaurant not open for evening meals due to the heat.. no fans in the rooms so broken ones were found but were absolutely filthy .. it appeared that the ground floor of the hotel was let to the local housing team for those in need… cleaning staff were lovely and helpful as were both the front of house team but would not recommend staying here … this should be solely turned over to the local council…

Booked in for 5 days but the room wasn't refreshed at all. Apparently you have to request it? Otherwise, all good.

The room and hotel is generally clean but perhaps some parts can do with being refreshed. For example the room carpet could do with a shampoo and a lick of paint here and there. But all the staff were very friendly and very polite and helpful too. Highly recommended.

Staff were great and very helpful. The location wasn't the best, however overall it was a good hotel to stay.

I mean it’s older and not in a big tourist area. It was adequate for a night. Staff was nice but they were understaffed and one person running around trying to do everything. It was ok.

I stayed in room 15, it was horrible. Bathroom didnt have an external vents or a fan. Massive gap at the bottom of the door, very poorly maintained room.

The breakfast was superb and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. For the price it was a superb option

Hotel reception manager was lovely and helpful during our stay. Room was okay, average and clean enough - though it had a smell (possibly from the bathroom) when we entered so we aired the room out. Downside was how thin the walls were / how loud the other guests were on a Saturday night. The noises kept us up from late evening to around 2am.

Ok

Business solo traveller, arrived 7:30pm and needed somewhere local to a meeting to stay. Reception and kitchen staff very polite and helpful. It’s a basic hotel and in fairness to the hotel, my room was clean and the bed comfy. Sometimes a cheap simple room on business trips are part of the job. If you want big, spacious and lively hotel, this isn’t for you.

The rooms are VERY poorly renovated. Im not sure who was responsable for the renovation but it appears to have been done by a 5 year old

Rooms was nice and clean, staff was very friendly had no issues we were expecting a nice warm pool and gym unfortunately hotel had none of these

The room was fine and had a decent size. However, the carpet was very filthy. WiFi had good speed but was very unstable, had to reconnect every 10 minutes or so. Breakfast wasn't tasty, quality of the ingredients was low. The night was cheap so it's okay for what you pay.

This place is so obviously a converted office block Staff that were on duty were very good but obviously overworked Description offers restaurant and bar, neither available during my stay Overall not a place I will choose to stay at again
