Wonderful hotel with a perfect location.

Truly amazing staff! They are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Also it's in a great location, I had a spacious suite, and the option for in-room breakfast. Highly recommended!

A gem of a hotel in Bogota - very good location - safe and close to good shops and restaurants. Room was large and well appointed; staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was the best we had in Colombia. Great value for money too. Would recommend if you are planning a stay in Bogota.

This hotel is amazing! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The room is big and confortable. The location is perfect! I would definitely stay here again, I felt like i was home!

I love everything about this hotel from the room to the staff!!! The staff are so lovely. Every member had a smile and was warm and welcoming. Fantastic customer service. Location is 5*. The hotel is lovely. Great breakfast choice. Thee room was perfect for our needs. Clean and well maintained. Just wished we could have stayed longer.

Luxury hotel in a safe, clean neighborhood.

This property was centrally located with tons of restaurants, bars and shopping within a short walk away. The area is high end so it’s very safe. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because of that. Unfortunately the loft we booked was not available on our first night so we had to move to it on the second day. Expedia also booked me for an extra night there even though I was leaving a day early and the hotel did not care to refund me even though I left a day early. But overall they have great staff and like I said LOCATION is key with this hotel and this hotel gets 5 out of 5 stars for that for sure.

The hotel is very comfortable and beautifully furnished, the staff is extremely kind and polite, the area is safe!

Impeccable service! Very classy hotel with staff that makes it feel like a home away from home. Easily walkable to great restaurants and cafes (Gitane is fantastic and just next door, Cafe Tropicalia is a short 3 min walk for breakfast). We will be back!
