Great staff. We have stayed here a few times. Different times of the year and have always enjoyed our time here. Very clean. Quiet. Active. Looking forward to our next stay.

Breakfast was fine but it was first week Oct so all amenities shut we liked the rooms very much

Bathroom shower was moldy and there was only a sheet on bed. No blanket

Property was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite nice with a large comfortable bed and good air conditioning and a little deck with chairs and a table just outside the door. Black out curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice with quite a few food options. The 2 pools (1 for children) looked large and very nice unfortunately the hours are from 9am to 7pm so missed this. Due to the heat, allowing it to be open later would have been nice but otherwise a great stay!

Great place

The property was amazing. Only here for one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

Nothing special about this place. Very difficult to find. We arrived late at night. We checked in at 12:30-1am and checked out at 11am (10yrs stay). We kindly asked for an extra hr or two for checking out just because, and without even checking the availability of the rooms they asked for an extra charge. The gent at night who made the check in said to us that we can easily stay and have lunch on location because we arrived so late. Out of 20hrs/day stay-we stayed 10hrs and they asked for extra charge for an hr or two. We said no Thank you. No access to WiFi. No proper sign for late hrs and reception entrance. Avoid this place. Breakfast could use some veggies. Though, the lady at breakfast was nice.

Excellent hotel. Kids loved the pool and amenities. Rooms were clean and updated. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very clean comfortable bed modern interior electric blinds and shutters very helpful staff Only criticism there was no kettle to make tea or coffee this facility in my opinion would be much appealing

Very nice hotel and some members of the staff were very nice (unfortunately not all).

This resort was amazing - accommodated family of four comfortably in a clean, spacious suite. Would definitely recommend. Highly recommend the bakery, PanGiò, the gelateria green garden and Montecassino abbey.

The hotel was lovely as were the rooms and location with super helpful staff.

Another amazing stay at Kairos. The staff is very professional & friendly. The resort is clean and easily accessible for travel to & from neighboring towns. The restaurant has really great service for breakfast & dinner. If you decide to stay inThe staff are proficient in English and always willing to offer assistance. We will definitely return on our next visit to the area.

Staff were helpful and polite. Facilities were well maintained and equipped.

The property was nice and the staff was wonderful. I did not do much exploring but I felt there was not much going on in the area surrounding the resort. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Is a must in Montecassino area, you can't find a better option
