Excellent service. The room was complete with a washer/dryer that facilitated our stay. Will definitely stay there again next time!

The room was very clean, modern, and much more space than I anticipated. It was a nice touch when I walked in the room for the first time, there was a welcome gasket with items for breakfast, snacks, and the espresso machine. Love this experience!!

This was a great space to stay for myself, my husband and our 21 year old son. He had his own sleeping area. The beds were the most comfortable during our 12 day Spain trip and we stayed in 4 hotels during that time. It was central enough to see the sites but tucked away a few streets from the main streets so no incoming noise from the streets. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

The room precisely matched the photos. Really pleased with the cleanliness and the location was extremely convenient. We had no issue with noise at all (as some other reviews mention). Room was on the 4th floor and the windows were totally soundproof.

nice clean room in a great part of madrid - the ac didn’t work that well - so that needs to be fixed - the shower door was stuck and should be replaced

We had a two bedroom unit and it was lovely for a family. It was great to have the washing machine and dishwasher while on vacation. We had breakfast included which was a morning basket with fruit, bread, cereal and milk. Some variety would have been nice as the basket is the same every morning. The place could use few towel hooks and better check in instructions but we would definitely go back.

Room is beautiful but not very functioning. Bathroom need a stronger fan to pull out all moisture, zero space in the shower for anything, no hair conditioner and if you bring your own there no place for it. Bath tower is very nice but a little overkill TV broke down but staff is super fast of replacing.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff at reception, clean large room. Had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the street. Beds are large, we shared a room between 3 - 1 king size bed and 1 single pull out bed. The kitchenette was a nice addition and great if you want to make something in/ warm food. Windows are triple glazed so noise from the street is reduced. The hotel has a small pool and roof bar- unfortunately these were closed due to the time of year. The location is great too, about 5 mins to Gran Via, 5 mins to Purto de Sol, and 10-15 min to El Retiro park. Would stay again.

Excelente ubicación , las habitaciones súper cómodas y muy bien equipadas. El baño esta muy amplio y moderno. El personal de recepción y de limpieza muy amable . Muy buena opción si rentas auto ya que el edificio cuenta con parking . 100% recomendable .

The hotel offers great service and the staff was attentive. However, the breakfast did not meet expectations. I don’t recommend to include the breakfast will be wasting money Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
