The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff is excellent and the location is really great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Room was very clean and a good size. Not much natural light with it being an interior room but as I was out most of the day that wasn’t a problem. All staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was nice, though was shut one of the days I was there. Breakfast was good and served quick but a few items I was told were printed on the menu by mistake so less choice than I thought.

Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Valencia. Looks brand new.

Firtly, the hotel is amazingly well placed, it's about a five minute stroll to the cathedral but right next to a main road which made access to and from the airport very easy. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful; I was given a bottle of fresh water (without asking for it) before I had reached the lift after getting back from a run. The room was clean, well designed and the room had everything needed to make the stay a great one. I loved the hotel, I loved Valencia and I hope to be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well equipped. We were only there for a short stay, storage could be a problem if you were there longer. Breakfast was included for our stay and there was a reasonable range available. It may have become a little samey for a longer stay, but it seems that it would be possible to vary things more, for example having a little less toast included. The air conditioning and lighting all worked well. WiFi was a little slow at times and I think it would affect the Android TV, though that is my impression as we didn't watch it! The location is excellent for the attractions of the old town and easy access further afield. The staff, particularly, make the hotel. They are very friendly, efficient and helpful, truly making the stay really good.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop. It’s perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room well appointed and equipped, excellent breakfast choices, all delicious and plentiful. Lovely rooftop bar. Parking convenient and although tricky to navigate well worth the cost. The hotel even offered for their driver to take it out of the garage back to the main entrance. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff within walking distance of old town. Stopped in a Junior Suite - one comment would be lack of space to put stuff in bathroom and slightly odd design choices. However did not greatly affect our stay which was great.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel smells clean as soon as you walk in. The staff are professional and friendly, the towels and shower are luxurious, the bed is so comfortable, you can set the temperature of the room to whatever you want. The soaps, shampoos and conditioners smell wonderful and fresh. The room is quiet. I wish this was an international chain. I would stay here everywhere. If I ever come back, I will stay here again.

Excellent staff and really nice room. Multilingual staff at reception makes it easy for foreigners to communicate. Absolutely recommended for those wanting quick access to the old town and beyond

Our stay at MYR Puerta Serranos was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Our room was spotless with great amenities and the location of the hotel was excellent. We are looking forward to visiting Valencia again and will absolutely be staying at MYR Puerta Serranos again.

Had a lovely base to explore Valencia from. Lovely team at front of house and housekeeping. The room was lovely sized, clean and everything we required. We wished we had a coffee machine. Staying at this hotel made it easy to walk everywhere and easy to use local transport. Keep up the good work MYR Puerta Serranos!
