The room was fresh and bright. The location is very convenient when you are coming from the train station in Münster, DE. The staff was very helpful and had great information about the city. Very hospitable and friendly. The city parking underneath the hotel is expensive if you do arrive by car but it is a nice garage.

Rooms need to be cleaned they have a policy where rooms get cleaned after 3 days.

The signage and instructions to get there are terrible. The little door has a sign is flat against the building that said Prize otel (sic). The welcome letter for the property sent the day before gave no address or phone number but only the address for a parking garage a block away. The rooms have almost no noise isolation so if you have problems sleeping you might pay a bit more for a Novotel class property. Otherwise it was adequate for a night before or after a train journey. Beware other low cost properties in the area as none looked clean.

Staff was nice during check in. The room was ok but the walls are thin and we could even hear people talk. There were two coffee cups but both were dirty and appeared used.

Reasonably priced, modern and very clean. Staff were very friendly. As a regular visitor to Münster o would recommend this hotel.

Central location, big clean room but decorated like Freddy Flinstone laying crazy paving on acid. If you can get past the cazzziiiieeee decor its a pretty decent budget hotel

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and perfect for a short trip in the city. Location was also very nice. Most things are in close walking distance and it was a generally safe area.

Nice staff. We had a good breakfast. A clean but extremely minimalistic and economically conservative hotel with the least necessary number of aminities and services. The room was clean with solid flooring hence you need your sandles. One liquid for washing your hair, face, hands, body--no creme or conditioner. You get your room serviced after three nights stay. No welcome tray, fridge, or Iron. Compare the price for other hotels that offer much more. If you need to hop of the train and hop on it next morning, this is you option. The neighborhood is behind a rail station.

Air con was completely ineffective, way too hot on a cool summer night, would hate to stay when was hot. Water issue, couldn't wash teeth in water

AC did not work nor did anyone come to fix it

My room and the hotel itself were exceptionally clean. From the moment my business partner and I checked in, the clerk made us feel welcome and was willing to go beyond what was required to help us and see to our comfort. I liked the set-up of the fully-operational bar behind the counter that served as the check-in (etc.) desk. I have never encountered this idea before, but it really worked well. It was easy and convenient to go to the bar and order a beer, glass of wine, mixed drink, or water (etc) then find a seat in the extensive table-seating area on that floor, steps away. There were free espresso/capuccino machines at our disposal 24 hours, and these were great and convenient too. The breakfast (for an economy hotel) was very, very good, plentiful, lots of choices, both hot and cold. We stayed two nights and it was our favorite place to come back to and relax after a busy day. I would stay there again with pleasure.

Clean, friendly and modern. Good value for money

The facility run out of water on the 22nd of September, and I was not informed. In the morning of the 23rd of September I found out that the hotel is empty and the majority of the clients relocated at other hotels. I was offered to move to a hotel in Dortmund, about 65 km away from Munster. Despite insisting that I am on a business trip and I can not go to Dortmund I was told that no other hotel in the city has free rooms. That was not entirely true, as I booked myself (using Expedia) a room at Ibis hotel for the remaining 2 night. I was told that I will be reimbursed for 3 nights, but so far I did not receive any compensation. This was a very bad experience and I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The people at desk were friendly I had room cleaning 1 time in 9 days

It's next to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and there are shady characters loitering around at all times. I checked out around 9 30 in the morning and there was already a heavy police presence between the hotel and train station entrance because two young women got into a physical altercation.
