If you just check it, there's no way you can find out about your stay experience. It was really complicated, it turned out that we were told to contact Travelio instead of checking directly at the receptionist apart, and had to call 3 hours before checking in, which was strange even though at 2 o'clock we had to check in but strangely we were told to wait for Travelio for around 3 hours so we looked for other options. Cancellation can't be refunded, can't be replaced on another day or not. Just consider it charity.
