I loved everything about my stay. From check in to check out; everyone and everything was great. I will definately be coming back to Lisbon and staying at FLH hotel again.

This is a fantastic little hotel in an excelent location in Lisbon. Renovated old large 4 levels small building. Large rooms and very clean. It is not the modern 4-5 star hotel but it is very charming. Personally my only issue was the shower water pressure.. too low in my opinion. This is a problem that can be resolved. highly recommended...

Good place great location liked the breakfast it did seem like the shower had some wear and tear and smelled of mold. This is likely due to the fact that there looked to be no ventilation for it. Loved the 2pm snack so the pros definitely outweighed the cons.

Fantastic property and perfect location

Lovely property with a nice variety for breakfast. Perfect location at the edge of the Baixa & Aflame district. Our room had a wonderful view out over the Baixa toward Chiado.

This was a great stay in a perfect location. Very central. Two small downsides. The room was a little small and had no area to hang clothes. We were there for 4 nights, so we would have appreciated the ability to hang up a few items. And we seemed to be close to clubs that partied through the night. It could get quite loud

Fantastic location and very comfortable. If you're heading to Lisbon, this is a great place to stay. Would 100% recommend. Breakfast was plentiful and many different options. Balcony overlooking the water and city made our stay that much more special

Beautiful hotel, only stayed one night but sad to leave, wish I could have stayed longer, will return!

I had no idea what FLH stood for until I arrived; Feels Like Home! And it does! The staff was very accommodating and helpful, the room was clean and cozy and each day's breakfast was spectacular in the most beautiful room. This is a very hillly part of Lisbon so be prepared. Our room had a lovely view. Great bifana's are across the street and I can highly recommend Madame Bacchus for drinks and dinner and live music when they have it, just steps from the hotel. Good location, close to everything.

Amazing staff, very clean and spacious rooms! Breakfast was excellent and of very high-quality and they served homemade cake everyday at 2PM. It was genuinely one of the best European hotels I have ever stayed at.

Entire country experienced a blackout, Mon 28May 2025. There was no emergency lighting for the stairs and passageways. This was a major safety concern

This hotel was perfect for my group. The 2nd floor Living Room with complimentary coffee, tea, and cakes was the perfect area where we can all relax together after a long day of exploring. Memoria provided a space to gather together like an apartment but with the luxery of hotel quality service, cleanliness, and security. We would definitely stay here again. Note that some of the Deluxe Double rooms require going up a flight of stairs.

Staff were polite, helpful and always had a smile. They had a great breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea and cookies and cake. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very nice front end staff and made you feel welcome

Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast is included. Would definately recommend.

Great hotel at an affordable price

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and seemed newly remodeled. The bed was comfortable and we had a small seating area with a sofa and a refrigerator. Nice balcony with a good view. The breakfast was adequate, but started late for us. (8am, we start our mornings earlier) Convenient location for sightseeing around old town. Reception was very helpful arranging transpo to train station. Would be happy to stay there again

Such a lovely spot to stay. Loved that it had breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend
