Staff is rude, not to friendly to help you, elevator didn’t work most of the time and it’s really small, only one front desk employee was helpful

Elevator doesn’t work all the time and breakfast is very limited

This is a terrible place to stay. They don't allow visitors—and if they do, it's limited to just one person for only 15 minutes. They also won't provide fresh towels, even if you've already used the ones you had; they claim they can only issue one per day. So, if you shower in the morning and want to shower again at night, you won't be able to. Furthermore—to top it all off—you have to leave your keys with them, and there is no air conditioning. A very bad experience overall.

It’s in a very good location. They need to improve on customer service. Most of the employees were great except one that welcomed me with a “you will pay for everything you brake or damage” her attitude towards me wasn’t the best through my whole stay I felt she was harassed by her with daily comments like “what time you’ll get back” “don’t throw the toilet paper in the toilet” , “You’ll pay for the plumber if there’s a problem” “you’ll pay for the dirty sheets” the worst thing was that these things were never a problem. When I checked out she sent someone to the room to see everything was ok. If it wasn’t for her it would have been great. Otherwise the room and all services were good.

the staff members were very rude . we asked for our bed sheets to be changed & our request was denied. the room was very humid and dirty , it wasn’t matching the pictures online.

Great staff, great hotel

Quick check in. Clean room with vast view of the ocean, beaches and parks out of the window. Excellent terraced restaurant also overlooking the ocean.

The hotel was the perfect choice after arriving late. The front desk guy Alejandro is super friendly and everyone is great to help with everything you need. The give you tips for food and spots around. I had a great time

Staff was amazingly nice and helpful. They when above and beyond for me I super grateful. Especially Analu was the best .

Good location. Good sized rooms with adequate facilities. Shower was good. My impression was the hotel caters more toward local tourist than international guests.

This property looks great in photos but did not live up. We had no hand towel, when we ran out of toilet paper and called and asked for more none came. It looks as though it hasn't been maintained in quite some time. The room was noisy but not terrible coming from staying of the Plaza De Aramas in another city. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment, bread with Jam was good, these cheese and ham were so so, definitely not fresh and the fruit was good. The yogurt and coffee were not good and were left unfinishes by us. The restaurant was leaking water from the roof onto most of the tables.
