Nice staff and very clean rooms

after cruise to extend stay 2 ~ 3 days

Best view ever of the Acropolis!! Beautiful, spacious room with a balcony! Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. We liked the neighborhood.

We stayed at Arcade Hotel for three nights. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions such as the Acropolis, museums, and the National Garden — all just about a 10-minute walk away. One thing to note is that there is no direct car access to the hotel, as it’s situated in a closed road. If you’re arriving by taxi, you’ll be dropped off on the main road, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was just okay, with boiled eggs, assorted breads, fruits, tea, and coffee. However, the rooms were neat, clean, and had a modern look, which made our stay comfortable overall.

Hotel tres bien quoiqu’un peu difficile à trouver. Très bien situé , près de station métro, et place Monastiraki et près des restaurants dans le quartier Psiri.. Personnel très efficace et très aidant pour trouver transport à l’aéroport..

The Arcade Hotel is run by wonderful people. Chrysanthi couldn’t have been more helpful, she recommended a great restaurant and assisted with tours. Breakfast is good. The location is excellent. There was a bit of construction noise during our stay, so you might request a room at the back until it’s finished.

Great stay. The staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Location was walking distance to major attractions. The hotel is beside a walking precinct with lots of dining options. Enjoyed our time here.

Excellent all around

The staff were great!! Helped us when we asked. Breakfast was great. We left early one morning and when we told them they said we will do a box breakfast to go. Wow.

Great host and very kind staff.

Perfect location for the main attractions of Athens, we walked everywhere. Easy to get from airport to hotel by tube, although the last 50m was the most challenging to find! Very friendly staff. Comfortable room, good shower. Breakfast basic but fine as it doesn’t pretend to be a restaurant. No complaints at all.

Overall the hotel is very nice and clean. There doesn’t seem to be much for soundproofing and you can hear an everything outside and in the hall. The entrance to the hotel is down an Alleyway that could use a bit more lighting at night. We would stay here again because of its prime location to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

If you are staying here keep in mind a car can not pull up in front of the hotel.

We stayed on the 6th floor and had the amazing view of the acropolis. We had a family suite and the room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. The breakfast was a small selection but enough for us. It lacked milk and sugar in the room for coffee would be my only comment for the room. The location is good. It is 10 minute walk to station and is surrounded by cafes and restaurants

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well designed and comfortable. Loved how quiet it was and a 5 minute walk to middle of the city near the shops. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Athens.

We stayed here at this property for our last two days in Greece upon returning from Tinos. We met Spirydoula at the front desk for check in and she was very warm and kind. The room was very nice with a balcony and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The property is very convenient to Monastiraki and Plaka as well as Psirri. I'd also like to mention Chrisanthi who was the other young lady who works atthe front desk as she was very nice and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future.

It’s a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, a little hidden gem. The staff was warm and professional. It’s located a few blocks from cafes and restaurants.

Very clean, excellent customer service, good breakfast! Located behind the stores (not visible from the street) which at first was strange, but maybe it created a good buffer from the noise. Our room had a beautiful view of Acropolis!
