A bit hard to find a parking spot. And breakfast wasnt the best, but everything else was just great!

Everything was perfect. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I payed for late check out and listened to the instructions of the receptionist who told me to hang the „do not disturb“ so nobody would disturb me the next morning. But the staff was still knocking like 3 different times. But apart of that and overall everything was perfect.

Front desk staff needs training in customer service, they’re very unwelcoming and never seem happy to assist. Breakfast is mediocre, no fresh fruits or healthy options. Pillows on the bed smells and bathroom had an odor. The area around the hotel looks unsafe and the rooms are not soundproof, also housekeeping comes too early in the mornings.

Le lit individuel était cassé à notre arrivée le vendredi soir, l'hôtel était plein donc aucune solution nous a été proposée.Nous avons dormi à 3 dans le même lit avec une adolescente ,ce qui a été très inconfortable, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit.Nous avons payé le tarif d'une chambre pour trois.Aucun remboursement ne m'a été proposé

Wir waren schon zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind sehr zufrieden, leider war der Empfang dieses Mal nicht zufriedenstellend. In einen deutschen Hotel kommt man beim Empfang mit der Landessprache nicht weiter. Da ich kein Englisch spreche war das einfach unmöglich eine Anmeldung ohne Zeichensprache durchzuführen. Da wird der Datenschutz nicht mehr registriert. Frühstück ist ok hat aber gegenüber von anderen Aufenthalten nachgelassen. Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sauber .

The hotel balanced convenience and comfort. Central location for exploring, but quiet inside for resting. The spotless room and helpful staff made it easy to relax.

The wide bed and comfortable pillows stood out. It was easy to sleep deeply every night, and I woke up well rested each morning.

Overall, my stay was excellent. Friendly staff, clean rooms, modern décor, and a fair price made it one of the best choices I’ve made recently.

Housekeeping were attentive and thorough. They refreshed the room daily, kept the bathroom spotless, and neatly folded linens with care.

The staff left a strong impression. They handled my questions kindly and dealt with requests quickly, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
