Shikita was very good and helpful

Breakfast was Delicious and they were sweet to give us a traveling bag of snacks upon check out.

I liked that it was modern. During my stay there was a thunderstorm that cut the electricity. Partially restored hours later (no fault of the hotel). However, a couple of things that can be improved is the fan in the bath wasn't working and the small fridge that was in the room. I was in room #406

More options for breakfast.

Excellent customer service

The first room the air conditioner stop working and the room was not cleaned everyday. Our room was changed to another room where the air conditioner was working. Staff was pleasant and professional.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean when we got there. However our room was never cleaned or at least the towels replaced or trash taken out during our stay. We would have to ask for towels every day and take out our own trash. The fire alarm went off at 540 am and the front office couldn't tell us if we needed to evacuate or not. The hot water did go out on us once but quickly came back on after I turned the water off for a few minutes. The nights were quiet which was also nice.

The breakfast had a great variety every morning. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Will definitely be staying here again!

Best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. Desk clerk was so friendly.. the room was so spacious as well as the bathroom. Would not change a thing about it.

The check in staff was friendly and very accomadating. Two minor room issues were corrected immediately by a very friendly employee who asked if all was well any time he saw us. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Any staff member we had any interaction with was smiling & friendly. We will return again.

I couldn't find anything wrong with the property. I'm planning to come back and stay.
