Nice place for shore getaway

Hotel's check in and check out was so easy.The best part of our visit was that we went straight to our room as if it were our own home and also the lady who made eggs for us in the kitchen was very kind and the breakfast was excellent.It was a stay well above our expectations. We will come again.Thank you.

Quaint place, friendly staff and great place to stay

We just had our first stay at the Beach Liner and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is adorable with such friendly staff and the Innkeeper, Bernadette, is a kind and welcoming host. The lobby is beautifully styled and we were treated to breakfast and delicious snacks. The porch is the perfect place to relax and the hotel is steps from the beach. Our room was so comfortable and quiet - we could have easily stayed here for a week so we will be extending our stay next time! Highly recommend the Beach Liner!

Ease of checking in, lovely lobby accommodations!

great get a way

It was nice being close to the beach , owner was very assuring to receive our check-in and room was ready before time . housekeeper was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good food was all fresh . Discount to the beach entrance is a Plus.

While the lobby area accurately represented the pictures posted online, the state of the stairs and bedroom wasn't nearly as accurate. The stairwell is weathered and worn. The room was much smaller than expected.

This is a great spot for a weekend in Ocean Grove

Overall always a great stay. Breakfast is a good selection. Location and parking fantastic. Lobby and porch are great for lounging. The showers could use some work, doors barely slide open. I don’t mind all the stairs but be forewarned for narrow staircases. Biggest issue is the sound. Never fails, 5am there are children running laps above any room I’ve stayed in or it sounds like people are moving furniture at 2am.

This is more of a boarding house than hotel. Our bathroom was across the hall and had a lock on it so when you got up in the middle of the night you had to remember your code and enter it to get in. Also the bedroom door did not open and close properly and you had to yank it open; again in the middle of the night not the best scenario. Our room on the 4 th floor, glad we are in good shape for the stairs. Bed was king size and very comfortable. It was an okay place to sleep, the price was right and right on the boardwalk so easy access to Asbury Park

Innkeeper was very responsive and friendly. Great economical value. Walking distance to beach and town.

Nice stay

Our stay in Room 14 was wonderful for our family of 4. Mom and Dad stayed in the king. Toddler stayed in the queen. Newborn stayed in playard that we tucked in the little alcove by the mini fridge. It was on the top floor but we travel light so the stairs weren’t an issue. The room had great views of the beach and boardwalk. Bernadette was lovely, informative and great at communicating, oftentimes via text message. Check in/out was a breeze. Breakfast in the morning was perfect, and there were board games in the lobby for my toddler to stay occupied with. We would definitely come back!
