It was great experience, the room was clean and nice .. the location was great ..

Clean room, easy access, and storage for luggages was convenient (available before and after checkout).

We didn’t receive bath towels in to the apartment for the first 20 hours despite messaging the host, ( who sent us on a wild goose chase looking for linen cupboard rooms which didnt exist!) The property advertised rooms have slippers…. They don’t. We were given a complimentary breakfast by the host at the coffee shop opposite (which is available for residents to purchase as an extra). The breakfast didn’t include any of the barista made coffees, only filter coffee and no pastries were included, only eggs which were sitting in a hot plate or some sort of beef dish (we are vegetarian) so we left without taking the breakfast and went to a different coffee shop to have a flat white and Finnish cinnamon bun which was delicious. Also the temperature is set to 21 degrees which is much too hot so the host had to bring a window key so we could get some fresh air in!!

Overall the stay was good, great value for money and super location. Easily walkable to many key areas. The noise was a bit of an issue and the comfort of the room. Duvet didn’t cover the bed and pillows were like soft couch cushions not bed pillows. I personally prefer the amenities of a hotel but overall happy with the stay.

We loved staying here as our home away from home! The place was easy to check into, had free luggage storage upon arrival and departure, was clean, modern, spacious and lovely! There was so much support from the host throughout the stay and easy communication. 10/10!

I had a brilliant stay here and would definitely recommend it. The apartment was cosy, secure and felt very safe, which made it a great place to come back to and relax after a day exploring Helsinki. Having Netflix on the TV was a really nice touch for winding down in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed if you want to cook or just have breakfast before heading out. The location is also perfect – really convenient for getting around and exploring the city. Supermarket downstairs really helpful too! A big bonus was the access to the 24/7 gym just off the side of the building. There’s also a gym upstairs, although it was absolutely freezing when I went and there wasn’t a treadmill as pictured, which was a slight downside as I try to keep up a daily 5k. Overall though, the place was exactly as pictured and made for a really comfortable stay in a fantastic location. I’d happily stay here again.

4 of 7 days elevator did not work. 2 days the washing machine did not work. We are both 70 and cannot carry 5 heavs back down stairwells. The said that they will send help. None came. Definitely Bob W. should not be on anyones travel plans.

Good location, very stylish and clean

Great hotel, good facilities, well positioned.

The location of this aparthotel was convenient with the tram stop right in front of the building. The room was spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable.

Room was lovely and exactly what we were looking for.

Sijainti oli hyvä, huone siisti, tilava ja hiljainen sekä keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Lisäplussaa kivijalan 24h alepasta, raitiovaunu kulki hotellin ovelta.

Everything was amazing. The room was beautiful and had everything I needed. There’s cafes, a liquor store, and a grocery store within 2 minutes walk. I want to live here!

Perfect place to stay

It is clear that there is a team one can get hold of at Bob W, and they try hard to make the stay as good as possible They have clearly invested in looking after their customers. There were a few minor details that I gave feedback on. The room was very beautiful, and the kitchen was well equipped. I would stay here again. For the winter, it is a bonus that there is a grocery store in the same building, without having to go outside.

Supertrevlig lägenhet, allt man behövde fanns och lite till! Hemtrevligt och fräscht. Smidig in- och utcheckning. Både Alko och en 24h öppet matbutik fanns i samma byggnad så man behövde inte ens gå ut för att handla, perfekt när det var snöstorm och -12 grader. Rekommenderar! Kommer absolut bo här vid nästa Helsingfors-resa!
