The shower room could be a bit more spacious, and the cleanliness around the headboard could be improved. The sink design has an issue — the water splashes out quite badly.

The eggs and bacon were cold both days. We went at 7:15 and 7:30 in the morning. Other than that the breakfast was nice.

Stayed for two nights while visiting family, new property that is convenient for visiting local business in the industrial area. Easy parking and access, nicely furnished with a few outdoor spaces for enjoyment. Dining room too hot due to solarium being left open and hot air coming in.

We were very comfortable on our one night stay at Building Hotel. Location was convenient for our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful; hotel was clean. Overall a good stay.
