Great hotel- helpful staff

The rooms are really good

Reception staff were all very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Our waiter in the restaurant was exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble. He was very flexable with the menu & definitely had the right attitude to his clients. Smiling, greating us, engaging in how our day had been.

Hotel is perfectly located for getting about Seville and to/from the airport. Inside the hotel is luxurious and the rooms are extremely comfortable

The room is spacious and the ladies at the reception were super friendly and helpful. However, we booked a queen bed room but the bed was indeed consisted of two twin beds. It wasn’t comfortable at all and the mattress moved and had noise whenever we moved. Also there was no tissues or hair conditioners provided in the room.

Very clean hotel, very nice accommodations very near all the main attractions.

Lovely hotel! We were very happy with it. The breakfast is very good, location is very good only 10 mins walk to the restaurant and sight seeing area. Just small comments for improvement. There is no tissue box and conditioner in the room which is not very convenient, and no instructions on how to adjust the air condition. These are small matters. Overall, I would lovely to come back again.

The property was very clean, the service was friendly, and spoke English, the restaurant was very nice, and the rooms were amazing and huge. 10/10 Stars!

Great hotel

Great hotel with spacious rooms and lovely bathrooms. It’s in easy walking distance to all you want to see in Seville. Staff were really friendly and helpful. And the hotel is very clean!! Our only niggle would be we ordered room service one night and the pizza was more than well done, we ended up not eating it. But this is only minor and we would definitely return.

Fantastic modern hotel in a great location where you can walk to the city centre very easily and avoid the crowds of the city centre after a day of exploring. Plaza de Espana is under a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a modern sleek design. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options. Highly recommended and I would stay here again. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic property, really big rooms & got a great nights sleep. Breakfast was amazing, they had fresh smoothies and a wide variety of breakfast items each morning. Staff are really friendly and helpful too, I’d highly recommend any one coming to Seville to stay here!
