Excellent stay.

Decent hotel. A bit pricy

Difficulty with staff not knowing how to check in a customer properly. More training would be helpful

Room very clean and comfortable. Coffee maker in the room but coffee, tea and ice water always available in the lobby. Free breakfast every morning. Staff very friendly and courteous. Close to restaurants. Wood stay there again.

Great stay. we're going back here again

My wife and I were on a week-long bike ride and we chose this Hampton Inn because it was on our bike route. It felt new and well cared for. The public area off the entrance included comfortable places to sit and work with good coffee available nearby all day. The tuck shop had a good selection of snacks and treats. There was also a nice small terrace outside, next to the pool (which was inside) where we could sit at a table to read and check emails. The staff were welcoming and readily took our bikes for storage. Our room was large and felt extra spacious due to the high ceiling. It was clean and bright including the well appointed bathroom. The breakfast area was well laid out and maintained. We needed more time to get going on a rainy day and we were welcome to use the lobby and the gym past check out time. We felt well looked after.

This was a step up from another place we stayed in town on the roadtrip from west to east. We would stay again.

Friendly staff, nice hotel. Two complaints… one of the pillows (not the pillow cover) smelled moldy and the air conditioner fan wouldn’t stay on to drown out hallway noise. Other than that, everything was good.

Everything about our one night stay was great. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Especially appreciated the breakfast staff member, Val, who assisted my spouse (who uses a cane) with waffle making and ensured he had everything on his plate he wanted as well as taking the plate our breakfast table.

Newer place, very clean. The front desk agent was so nice and helpful. The lobby had games people could play while waiting. That was awesome, haven't seen that in a hotel before. The rooms were nice. The bathroom was clean a little less updated than the Hampton I stayed in while in Nepean. A little noisy in the hallway at 10pm but was quiet and peaceful around 11 pm. Checkout was a breeze. Location: not directly in the heart of Cornwall but still close to everything.

Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The shower was large. Breakfast was good - eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. This hotel was great value for the money and I would recommend it.
