Booked a king bed through Expedia, but when I arrived, the hotel said none were available and offered two queens instead. I declined and asked for a refund, they told me to contact Expedia. Expedia called them to approve the refund, and the hotel refused. They claimed the listing showing a king bed wasn’t their fault. To make matters worse, the front desk staff, especially Laurie, was rude and dismissive, acting like I was the problem. Poor service and zero accountability.
