Dirty, cleanliness is not taken care of, bed sheets and other things, I don't know if they have been replaced or not.

It's so bad, wet towels, bed full of bugs. Not here anymore.

Overall, I was very disappointed 😔. Even if we wanted to argue, we would lose because the system doesn't allow refunds and we have to make a deposit to exchange the key. When we were in the room, they explained our mistake in choosing the room. In fact, the mistake was also on the part of the tenant who didn't provide a detailed explanation. Plus, the deposit refund took a long time.

The AC wasn't cold enough, the bathroom tap connected to the sink kept making noises, the room smelled a bit, there were no cutlery and cooking utensils, there wasn't any dishwashing soap either.

The rooms are dirty and the rooms look like people used them.
