We stayed in their apartment 6 nights in April 2024, room only no breakfast. Room serviced daily, all good back then. In November 2024, we stayed here 13 nights, with breakfast. Room cleaning was not on daily basis. We were told by reception that room will only be serviced once every 7 nights for stays of more 7 nights. This was also mentioned on Dao's website. We complained, room was then serviced a few more nights, then no cleaning after that. This means Dao treats short term clients better than longer term clients. What kind of business treat short term customers better than long term customers! Breakfast over 13 mornings. 1. A few consecutive mornings, no bread loaves and butter. 2. Daily fruit salad was a 3 fruit mix, one morning it was 5 fruits, last 5 mornings, it became a 2 fruit mix. Such inconsistency. 3. Four offerings of cereal types, some mornings only 3 types. Again such inconsistency. 4. Over 13 mornings, no variations in food offerings other than inconsistencies. 5. The breakfast staff worked and tried their best. The breakfast problem lies with management. The room cleaning policy and the breakfast reflects management's lack of understanding and indifference of customers’ needs. We won't be back.
