Seamless check-in, attentive and friendly staff. Overall a very nice hotel. Classy, elegant and affordable, despite the lavish exterior and interior.

This is a conveniently located hotel,attached to the Lime St train station. The hotel is very nice and comfortable,but the rooms and bathrooms are not big-typical UK/Europe sizing. The staff is great,the breakfast was good and reasonably priced,everything is close by-lots of shopping,restaurants,museums and the Docks are about a 25 minute walk. Good value hotel..

Stayed here with my parents. Decent hotel and right across the street from St Georges Hall so easy enough for my folks to get there for an event.

The hotel was immaculate. All the staff were friendly and helpful and just couldn’t do enough for you. Great place to stay.

Great hotel in a perfect location.

Lovely room excellent quality bed linen and towels. Very comfortable bed. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Shame there was no shower gel in bottle, but didnt spoil a lovely stay.

Only negative was the bar service and short opening hours

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby was nice but the room was ridiculously small. Ive stayed in Radisson hotels all over and ive never seen anything like it. Would have been ok if you were travelling by yourself.

Everything good with the exception of availability of hot food after 9.00pm. This hotel is advertised as a 4/5 star establishment and should offer more than a very poor choice of three sandwiches after 9.00 pm when, as in our case, your guests return from an evening football match. I was told by the receptionist l, when I asked for toast, that it was not permitted to switch the grill on at that time of evening. The fridge in our room #603 did not work so in the absence of a mini-bar - our own drinks remained warm. Very poor night-time service.

Prefer staying here to anywhere else in the city given how easy it makes the whole trip, every time. Always lovely.

Very clean, comfortable room, breakfast had plenty of variety, the restaurant was ok, the food was not the quality of a 5 star hotel but tasted ok. Hotel is in a great location

The room was in the roof space - good overall but only two tiny windows and a skylight. Staff are excellent and very welcoming. Restaurant manager is super hospitable! Cooked breakfast was good but a little overcooked Excellent location right next to Lime St station and 10 mins from loads of restaurant choices
