had a pleasant stay at Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and nearby BTS stations. However, the biggest downside was the Wi-Fi – it was difficult to connect, especially in the room. I often had to log in multiple times, and the signal was weak. If the hotel improves this, the experience would be much better. 👉 Overall: A great value hotel for both tourists and business travelers, but be aware of the Wi-Fi issue if you need reliable internet.

The accommodation is beautiful and the facilities and service from the staff are very good.

Female staff and security guard are friendly and cute, male staff is not happy-he always unwelcome when I ask for some info. Room is new and OK. It 's near Victory Monument ~ easy to go bts. Food court arround the hotel.

I have been here for 2 times. Everything is still the same, exceptionally good. If you are going to stay around the victoria monument area, this is where you should stay. Staff are friendly. The room with park view is better than city view, I would say. Highly recommend you guys stay here!

I booked for 2 people with one large bed, and they gave me 2 singles. When we arrived, the room smelled so bad, the shower worked badly, they had nobody to help you with your luggage. Bad experience ever. We had to deal with it, but never came back again.

I love this hotel so much. Atm near from here. Many street foot and mini mart around the hotel. So comfy, helpful staff, clean area. This is a great new hotel in Ratchatewi area. And BTS station about 400-500 m by foot.
