Upon check-in, the staff who was supposed to be on duty was absent and the empty reception desk was left, leaving me to wait 2 hours for check-in. I had to contact the call center app and the cove before it was processed, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes, even though I didn't check in outside the designated check-in time. I even tried to confirm the check-in day before by phone, but there was no response. Then, my electricity token suddenly ran out, and there were ants in the room. On the second day, I was told to move rooms, claiming they were going to be painted. If the room wasn't ready to be rented out, why was it still open for rent? It was a very bad experience and I won't be returning there again.
