For complete hotel facilities, clean and according to request. Close access to public transportation, close access to everywhere. Very strategic. For hotel staff, good service, when checking out everything is fast. Only the elevator queue at checkout time is crowded. Early check out is recommended.

The room is quite clean. Complete equipment, but no washing machine. The room view is very good. The swimming pool is good. If the destination is around KLCC, this is the right choice.

Strategic location, spacious room and nice view facing the city, complete facilities including microwave, refrigerator, and so on. Don't forget to prepare cash rm 200 for deposit.

The room's floor is feet-sticky and doesn't seem to be cleaned before check-in. Other things were great. Receptionists are helpful.

waiting lift very long time, sometimes about 10 minutes

I really enjoy my stay here 🤙🏻 alot of people complaining about the slow lift which is no problem for me, I never wait that long for the lift and eventho i need to wait it is still worth the money. Location is okay too, walk distance to klcc

this suites is such a beautiful place. the pool has amazing view, the staffs are very helpful and kind, i would absolutely recommend this suites for you guys. me and my fam definitely gonna stay here again if i came back to malaysia. thank you for the hospitality.

For apartment standards, everything is complete, only in the review there is a washing machine, my room didn't have one for our check-in time it was already 5 pm, none of the staff were friendly 🫠 it turned out to be far away, had to use grab. hehehe sorry, it's different from the standard service of a hotel of its class in Indonesia the security staff were unfriendly, no greetings, no offers of assistance we did everything ourselves and had to deposit 200 MYR it was enough for us to stay 2 nights here it wasn't really impressive the swimming pool is nice and clean

This is my second time staying here and bringing my family,,, If I go to KL again next time I will come here again,,, super comfortable, especially the swimming pool is accessible and there are not many rules that require wearing certain clothes. The only thing lacking is, last year I could access Netflix for free, now it's gone,, hopefully I can access it again next time.. also for accessing the elevator when checking out it took a long time to wait because it was really crowded,, a little late but luckily I didn't get charged, hehe

Almost perfect, however the sink didn’t work and we could hear the steps of people walking from upstairs so the ceiling is not really sound proof

Impressive, clean, comfortable, quiet, easy access, only laundry is not available. But overall we are satisfied and God willing will return to Scarlett.

It's so much fun to stay here. Cheap price but luxurious look. Spacious room with unique theme. If you stay here, don't forget to stop by the pool area at night because the view is beautiful, you can just sit around or swim, the pool area closes at 10 pm. Deposit 200rm but it will be returned when we check out. There is a small mini market in the lobby area. For those who want to leave their luggage, you can also pay but it's cheap, it's also calculated daily not per hour.

If you go to Kuala Lumpur, it is highly recommended to stay here. Apart from being close to the center, the accommodation here is clean, comfortable and has the best facilities.

Close to KLCC, check in and check out process is relatively easy, although unfortunately you have to deposit 200 ringgit cash. Thankfully there is an ATM in the lobby. Food is not easy to get. You have to order or go out. Affordable price.

It's a bit difficult to find food near this area, but transportation can be anywhere.
