The hotel features an elevator, free drinking water, a clean prayer room, an ironing service, and access to a nearby mall or supermarket. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and fragrant.

The hotel staff is friendly, the atmosphere is calm, the rooms and bathrooms are clean.

It was actually nice to stay at this hotel, but because there was no staff on standby, it was a bit difficult if you needed something or wanted to ask a question.

Check-in instructions were easy to understand and sent via WhatsApp. Keyless rooms use electronic passwords. Bathrooms are fully equipped with hot water, liquid soap, and shampoo. Towels are also provided. Each floor has a water dispenser. The location is close to Gurney Paragon, The Secret Tunnel restaurant, and walking distance to Pulau Tikus Market. It's well worth the price.

The room was clean and well-equipped. Shared facilities were also quite complete, with a fridge and water dispenser on every floor. The risk with booking a shared bathroom is that you might get unlucky—there are some mindless people who don't flush after peeing 😭. A suggestion for the owner/admin: perhaps be a bit more responsive and friendly.

Close to malls, hospitals, clinics, can jog in Gurney Bay and Andaman Island.

It's fun and feels like home.

Booked a master double room, a beautiful room just like the picture. Excellent cleanliness. PIN numbers for the entrance and room door were sent via WhatsApp. A 5-10 minute walk to Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza.

NB: Highly recommended for Mutiara Gurney by Sol. This is my third stay here, but I don't know where the staff is.

The environment is very clean. Complete cooking equipment. Laundry is available. It's very convenient. It's perfect for those undergoing health checks or hospital treatment.

The shower area should be equipped with a divider to prevent the entire bathroom from getting wet. Some people, including myself, have difficulty opening the main door. This is very frustrating, as people arrive tired and can't get in. It's best to have a clear manual door opening procedure.

Fitting room, dining room, washing machine, kitchen, complete equipment, rice, bread, tea, drying area... Perfect for those staying here for a long time for medical treatment.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Complete kitchen equipment. Location 500 meters to Genesis which is inside the Paragon Mall. 5 minutes walk to Gurney Plaza, about 1 km walk to Wellings Pharmacy where you can buy medicines etc. The downside is that the room is cleaned every 3 days, so if there is trash in the room and toilet it is a bit annoying. In the morning only tea/coffee/crackers are available. Hopefully the cleanliness is always maintained.
