I checked in early and the receptionist was very enthusiastic. The room I received can be said to be one of the rooms with the best view (in my personal opinion), the room has a sea view, a balcony overlooking the sea and TMS building. The balcony is cool, although a bit small, the balcony door is a bit difficult to lock. The hot water in the bathroom is a bit erratic, but the water pressure is quite strong. The room is decorated quite simply, but very cozy and comfortable, worthy of a good night's sleep for a healing trip. <3 The security guard is cute, watches the car all day.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly. However, I guess because I'm not used to the spring mattress, my back hurts a bit. Everything else here is fine. The price is reasonable. Renting a motorbike is also ok, the new one is easy to drive, and you can park it in front of the hotel so it's comfortable. 10 VND

Even though I only stayed for 1 day, everything here is very good and fully equipped.

The hotel is okay, located on a small street so there is little parking space, so cars have to park a bit far away. The room area is a bit small and the bathroom has water leaks. Breakfast is included, quite delicious.

when it was 2am i was sitting on my phone, someone ran in the hallway and suddenly the water in the bathroom started running and someone knocked on my door once

The room is small but clean, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The location is near the beach, right in the center. The breakfast is not very good, not a buffet, but clean, the food is okay.

Good location, near the beach. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Cheap price, everything is fine except the small bed. Suggestion if we can change to a bigger bed, it would be great, will come back.

Every year I go to Quy Nhon, I stay at Haku. The room price is cheap, the view is nice, near the beach, walking distance, the rooms are clean, the cleaning ladies, receptionists, and security guards are all lovely, 10 points.

When I arrived, it was raining a lot, the water was dirty and there was no hot or cold water even though it was cold and rainy. I asked the receptionist and they told me to wait until tomorrow to see how it would be. Next, the motorbike rental service at the hotel was extremely bad. Before renting, I asked to rent from 5pm yesterday to 5pm tomorrow, which was 1 day, but when it came time to pay, they said it was 2 days, not 1.5 days because the next day I rented for another 5 hours (over 5 hours is counted as 1 day, BUT NO ONE TOLD ME WHEN RENTING!) In general, the hotel experience was bad - bye bye, I will never come back!
