The receptionist said the room was full. Diverted keep asking for extra. Back according to the room specs ordered. Telo.

Tidak disediakan air minum, air panas ga ada dengan alasan transaksi pake aplikasi. Padahal selisih biaya dikit biarin kita nambah daripada kita akhirnya ga mandi sama sekali karena airnya dingin banget.

If you move to a room with one bed, don't want to. Because the room is really horror and very dirty. There are no towels, there is one piece of soap too. Hot water doesn't work. The lobby staff is very dirty and not friendly or welcome 👎. Highly not recommended. Is it because in the online application the price is a bit skewed and the lobby clerk is arbitrarily moving rooms!

The room is not according to order and does not match the picture, in the room there is no trash can, the room is damp, the room is not decent at all.

For that price the hotel is pretty good. But what I'm surprised is, how come if you want to get towels and soap, you have to pay more. It's not expensive, but do you really have to add it or is it just tips for employees.
