The room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast was decent, not a wide variety of dishes, but fresh and sufficient for most needs. The drinks at the bar on the 27th floor were delicious.

A great value hotel with breakfast buffet and afternoon tea, just across the street from the beach. Lovely, friendly staff. A very good experience.

It's a bit far from the roundabout, but the hotel is beautiful. Just past the restaurant that separates the beach, you have a clear view of the beach. The room is spacious and the bed is soft and comfortable. The amenities are up to standard. I liked the pool, but it was very windy the day I stayed. In the evening, there was a Christmas tree lighting event. There are two breakfast areas, on the 27th and 3rd floors. I recommend going early for the room on the upper level. The view is great, and the food is good quality, but there's not much variety.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everything was perfect and the location was great.

It's really cool, unfortunately we only stayed for a day so we didn't get to try out many of the facilities.

a great experience at the hotel

The day I checked in, I landed quite late and arrived at the hotel at 10am. When I arrived, there was a Chinese group + a Filipino group that had just arrived. Each group had about a dozen passports. There was only one receptionist and she had to complete all the procedures for the Chinese group and the Filipino group before coming to me. I waited until 11am to get into the room. Maybe the hotel should predict what time the group would arrive so that they could arrange extra staff to divide into 2 lanes for individual guests and groups. At that time, individual guests who got a room had to wait for the group for a long time while they just landed and wanted to rest. The hotel's facilities and services were ok, no problem.

I recently stayed at the Peninsula Hotel Danang, and I had an amazing experience overall! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, and the ambiance was luxurious yet comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped, providing a truly relaxing environment. The hotel’s location was also convenient, allowing easy access to many attractions. However, the only downside was the sound insulation in the room. Unfortunately, I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, which occasionally interrupted the tranquility. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would still highly recommend the Peninsula Hotel for anyone looking to enjoy their time in Danang!
