This hotel was a great choice for our family of 5 trying to find a space to fit us all that was reasonably priced. The room was exceptionally clean, updated bathroom, and overall nice decor. Everything was as advertised in the pictures. We have three children (between ages of 8-14), and while the space was fairly small, we were able to be in the room with 5 suitcases plus other bags and still move around comfortably. Henry, our host,was friendly and easy to communicate with. We arrived after hours but had clear instructions for check in with the security desk which went smoothly. Location is perfect - subway, shopping, restaurants, and Empire State building just a couple blocks away. We would stay here again!

The front burner on the stove did work and the elevator was full a lot.

Safe and clean

The reception 1 person was very helpful. They allowed us to drop off bags prior to check in and also watched them after our checkout time so we didn't have to carry them during our time exploring the city. Communication was clear.

Great location made it easy to get to many attractions. Perfect for our weekend stay. Was great to be able store luggage before and after checking out, gave us more time to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again. We had our family of 6 and got a family suite with plenty of room.

A quiet escape from the hectic city. Basic sleeping accommodations, with limited amenities. Clean, with comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We could walk to time square and all broadway theatres.

Our accommodations in NYC were pretty basic but very clean. Room was equipped with a kitchenette (fully equipped) and the Staff was pleasant.

The place was near Empire state and koreatown walkable and near subway. Clean, organize overall We had a comfortable stay & rested well. You can also cook inside if you want but koreatown gives us different dining experience. They can keep your luggage too for free if you came early or check out and still wants to tour around. I will definitely recommend this place.
