This is property is ok . Just not my style . The place is extremely small and claustrophobic. The beds are so close together that it's overwhelming for me. I also did not like the way the lockers are set up on the floor under the bed. I hated having to get down on my knees to get into the locker . The shower and bathroom was an extreme no no for me. I ended up going to another hostel that had a real bathroom . The most annoying thing was the window directly on my bed and while I was sleeping the housekeeper just opens it and freezing cold air comes in. This was very bizarre to me. Ohh and something to note is that the water doesn't have a hot of cold valve. So if you want to wake up and wash your face it will be with freezing cold water . I would not recommend this place at all.

Absolutely underpriced. So cute, well decorated, extremely clean, and full of good vibes. The staff were exceptional, especially the Asian lady working there. Thank you so much for such a great experience and excellent service.

I chose Petite Hostel for its excellent location, just seconds from Príncipe Pío station and about 7 minutes from Plaza de España and Gran Vía. The staff was friendly, and Fiorella was very courteous in helping me with my check-in. The surrounding area was very clean, and the breakfast was good. For my travel dates, only an 8-bed dorm was available, even though I wanted the 4-bed female dorm. The room was very small and cramped, making it quite uncomfortable. The storage is under the lower bunkbeds. The bed was comfortable, but I barely slept well because the lack of space amplified the noises. In all my travels, this is the first time I've had such inconsiderate roommates, constantly interrupting during the night. They also left the shower area soaking wet and brushed hair everywhere—very inconsiderate. Besides the room situation, I have no complaints.

Well located. I didn't know that to use a towel is an extra charge. And staff was very impatient about it.

Staff unfriendly, too many rules (no own drinks etc). Scan of ID which privacy they cannot guearantee after basic security questions. What if they get hacked? Refused to fill in manually.

I did not go. Never intended to go back there. I don't eat food that I threw up. Racists, biaised, classless, ill-mannered people like these should not have any business dealing with other races. I reported them and nothing was checked for my safety when you thought I will return there? Except for the front entrance pee smelling odor, the waiting area seemed alright. I did not see the roms. This review is for the staff. Especially the heavy set rude one that was stuffing her face in a whole in the back; I am glad you can do more with my money.

Staff... nasty. Racist. Property is cute; outside front door reeks of piss. Overall, that place cure me of Hostels. Forever

Everything was great! Staff was helpful! We were comfortable. However, our bathroom was only cleaned once and the room was hot. Everything else was great
