They were super rude, and when I left, they refused me my refund they harassed me and also the key to our room would not work

We really liked everything about this place. The apartment was clean and spacious with every amenity the apartment was especially comfortable and inviting would stay here again in a heartbeat if passing through Topeka, people were friendly and worn.

HUGE APARTMENT!!! Very clean!!!! Coffee bar on ground level….across the street from the University…easy parking and extremely affordable!!! What’s not to like?

Great place for a quick vixit

Easy Checkin. Desk clerk was very friendly. Apartment was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Could not hear noise from street or other units.

The room was spacious and good for 2 non couple travelers but the cleanliness was seriously lacking.

We had a pleasant stay, plenty of room with all the amenities. Attendent was helpful and very upbeat! Great customer service skills. Just be aware they have no elevator but other than that would highly recommend and will stay again!

We stay here for State wrestling, last 3 years. There is a washer and dryer in rooms. And refrigerator and stove. Its like your own apartment for the trip. Its always very clean and comfortable. Now we will be staying for softball here. This will also be are go to place for Topeka. Its wonderful for families!!(

We love staying here. In the past, have had 1 instance with double temporary charging. But otherwise this property works great for our family.

Dirty and mold under the sink

It was a great little 2 bed/2bath apartment for a great price! Perfect location tobattend Icabod Days at the WU campus!

This place was great for my family. The only problem I had is someone unplugged my vehicle from being plugged in. It’s an old diesel and it was cold barely started. No one was around to ask if it was as a them that did it. Cord was rolled up nice. Other wise great stay.

Great Stay

The hotel was clean and check in was quick and efficient. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were the size of apartments And it is definitely worth the price that you get versus staying in a regular hotel room. If you have kids or a family I would definitely recommend staying here, as you get double the room size and room for the kids to run around.

It was best place to stay And clean too

The property is a three-story apartment building, the two bedroom suite had plenty of room. The room was clean and smelled good, no issues.

Not going to complain about the property but a bad guest. Fight outside my room and the next night shots fired. We stayed till early evening but was definitely gone before dark. Uneasy feeling but i feel it was out of the managements control
