I was surprised that the hotel was still unwilling to move my BMW even though I had wrecked it. I absolutely did not want to move it, so I did not hand over the keys. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to make money from insurance!

After ordering and waiting for my food, the staff suddenly opened the door to deliver it. I asked them why they would just open the door so suddenly without any notice, and they said that's just how they do things. I was just looking to relax, so I thought it was strange that a member of staff would open the door and come into my locked room.

Following the instructions on the readily usable coupon I found in my room, I called the front desk, but the woman at the front desk insisted that it could only be used before entering the room, leading to an argument. When I explained that I had followed the instructions exactly, she responded with a condescending remark that this was a special case, but her tone made it seem like I was at fault, which left me feeling very upset.

The aroma of aromatherapy wafts through the entrance, which is very soothing. The staff will park your car for you, and when you check out and step outside, it's waiting for you - a wonderful service. The exterior is beautiful with a calming Japanese feel. The meal I ordered in my room was also delicious. It was a hotel with a feel you wouldn't find in central Tokyo, and I felt at home there. A stay of this quality would probably cost 12,000 yen in Shinjuku.

I stayed here specifically for the sauna. It's the least "love hotel-like" love hotel I've ever stayed in; the room was clean and the facilities were excellent. There are various discounts available, making it cheaper than the listed price, so I think it's good value for money. The sauna itself is big enough for two people if you squeeze in, but it's better suited for one person at a time if you want to relax. The temperature is just over 90 degrees Celsius, and sauna mats are provided. The cold plunge pool is the type where you fill a bathtub with tap water, but the tub is spacious, giving you a luxurious feeling. There's a fan, presumably for cooling down indoors, even at this time of year, which is a thoughtful touch. I checked in late at night and was attended to by a male staff member, but he provided service comparable to a business hotel. I will definitely be returning.
