Room was spotless and very comfortable.Staff were very helpful and dinner and breakfast were excllent

Stayed overnight after visiting relatives on Christmas Day. Lovely big comfortable room with everything we could need. Breakfast included in the price & had the “small” English breakfast which was more than enough.Served by a very friendly & attentive staff member. Would definitely stay again.

The room and location was perfect for our requirements.

The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The parking was on site and readily available. The evening meal was first class and the breakfast was well presented and fresh (my only complaint here would be the average sausage - which is what I am always disappointed with) My only complaint, which could be easily fixed was the very noisy door on the corridor leading to the guest rooms; we could hear it slamming shut throughout the night, and in the early morning as people were arriving and leaving. Please soften the closing device and you would have a perfect hotel. But to summarise a clean, well appointed hotel with great staff and a commendable kitchen

Lovely room. Daughter slept well on the sofa bed. I slept like a log in main bed. Aircon. Nice and clean. Great bathroom, and staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop opposite into town. Cheap Uber to the Amex Stadium. All in all a great stay.

This is a little gem of a find the sfatt were lovely and very helpful.the room we had was at the front with beautiful views of the sea .we ate in the restaurant and would recommend the food breakfast was cooked to order andovely can not fault the stay we had thankyou to the tesm

Great for accessing Brighton on the bus. Breakfast was good. Evening meals were hit and miss. Would still go back.

Great location - nice walks across the Downs and 2 different buses stop outside the hotel that take you to the sea front and city centre within 20-25 minutes. The room was immaculately clean. The family room was really spacious. Breakfast was good - enough choice and good service.

Good size rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were made to feel welcome.
