It was a nice cozy hotel with friendly people at reception/restaurant. A couple of issues: Parking was tricky to find as there was signage. There was no shower or bath tub in the room. Only a shower nozzle on the wall beside the sink.

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht in der Suite und können es nur empfehlen. Das Bett war super gemütlich, über dem Balkon ist eine Wärmelampe (!!!) und der Whirpool war 1 a. Das Frühstück war zuckersüß angerichtet und wirklich lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

When I booked the hotel I didn't know that there was going to be no one available for a week. I was booked in for 2 weeks at the start of the year. I travelled for over 12 hours to a hotel which was locked, empty and in darkness. I had to phone security to give me a code to let me in. It was difficult to have a conversation because I can't speak Danish and he could only speak a little English. Once in the hotel there was a note to say my roon was open and the key was inside. Generally the hotel looked very clean and well looked after but the overall experience of walking around an empty hotel was like something out of The Shining. As their was no one their in the morning I had to drive to the nearest supermarket to get breakfast. Once I had found their was no one available for a week. That was enough for me to move hotels as I wasn't going to the local shop to get breakfast every morning

Really nice hotel. The facilities are new, comfortable and clean. The hotel is located next to the station, so it is really convenient (no issues with noise at all). The staff was really friendly. I had dinner two times at the restaurant and it was really good.

Glimrende hotel og super restaurant

Hotel Skjern is a true gem - clean, simple room, EXCELLENT dinner and breakfast - in a relatively quiet, tidy town. Staff was delightful!

Amazing restaurant. Good location. Hotel is very clean and tidy and the service is extremely friendly. Rooms a bit small and you can easily hear noise from other rooms. (TV, telephone conversations, coughing, etc.) Luckily, my neighbors were quiet!

Fine hotel with fast internet however the wall is really thin so do not hope you are sleeping next to someone who is snooring.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Whilst not luxurious, the hotel is comfortable. The evening meal was excellent and the chef took pride that the diverse meal had been sourced locally with virtually no 'air miles'. Breakfast buffet was good also.

Fint sted, centralt i byen. Passet til vores behov. Parkering lige ved siden af hotellet med opladnings muligheder i nærheden.

Duschen var ingen höjdare då vatten kom överallt på golvet i badrummet. Men bra tv utbud med kanaler!
