on site restaurant was great but closed on sunday and monday no staff on site to help with check in..we arrived at 330 on sunday and found by chance our room key rooms are dated with broken windows and dead flies in the window. no freshen up service in the rooms and towels never changed with some existing ones actually torn11 Not many choices in the area to stay but not sure wewould again stay there again Overall the outside grounds were well kept and the setting on the lake was perfect especially at sunset.

Very quiet and clean.

The room was very clean with very comfortable beds. We only stayed one night and it did not disappoint.

The place is very well located with a great lakeview if you want to relax. The rooms are big but looks dirty. The property is No well maintened. The water in the shower smelt weird.

- the building need repair, gaps in doors and windows through which mosquitoes and flies penetrate the room - Monday morning torn garbage bags ( probably by animals ) were all over the place and there were no staff to clean - bed sheets and covers were not very clean ‘ there were no staff on site even to complain to and their phone was not replying

The water in the bathroom smelled.

We had good time visiting nearby parks, restaurant at property, clean room with renovated washroom.

The room was large and both beds were very comfortable. The room was clean enough, definitely not spotless. Bathroom needed maintenance, shower was yellow and had a smell. Nice location on the water. If you need a room for a night and you find this on sale, it's worth it. I didn't eat in the restaurant but the food coming out looked good.

Perfect for my needs, nice and quiet.

The room we had was clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

We really appreciated the location, being right on the French River, the use of the kayaks, canoes, the view, etc. What could really use improvement, though, and would have us going back, is the bathroom ceiling was in dire need of cleaning and painting, otherwise nothing to complain about the room. Sure, it's dated, but we enjoyed that rustic look.

Awesome setup, clean rooms and staff were helpful. Only gripe would be that the on site restaurant wasn't open during our stay. There are near by places to eat thankfully.

The room has a big window facing a lake. Sadly the window was unclear and dirty. The TV also couldn't connect to the Internet properly. There were items in bathroom uncleaned. The management on the property also wasn't helpful.

Beautiful for fishing

CUTE STAY!! :) When we first arrived, there wasn’t a clear sign of where the office to check in was, which was in the restaurant. The room was clean and decorative very cute! We only stayed for one night but I would definitely recommend it for families looking to enjoy the area for a little staycation. There were a lot amenities and activities to do in the property such as play volleyball, canoe, swim, BBQ, fish, and bond fire. We didn’t use them so idk if there’s an extra fee. The restaurant was good and the food was even better, especially their fries!! Omg so good and the ratio of the cut was perfect for a good crunchy fry. Def try the sweet potato fries!! The prices were reasonable and the service was fantastic. I forgot his name but he had a cool earring and was funny! Overall, solid 4.5/5. The location was great, the property was great and the staff were fantastic. The only down is that there are no elevators to the second floor so just be mindful when booking! :))))

Great Location

Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer over het meer. Handig dat er een restaurant was. Zo gezellig met mensen uit de omgeving die er samenkomen voor wekelijkse activiteiten ( darts, poolen, samen eten). Er mag wel iets aan onderhoud gebeuren, maar we maken een rondreis en komen het vrijwel overal tegen en wij maken ons er niet zo druk om.Gelukkig is het bed goed. Vriendelijk en gezellig personeel.
